With a background in staff development, institutional initiatives, and policy analysis, Charlene's anti-racist and culturally competent training reflects IB's core values. Leveraging her lived experience as a Black woman, she fosters transformative spaces for dialogue, strategic planning, strategy development and assessment. Charlene's goal is to provide transformative spaces for healthy dialogue and strategic planning through comprehensive frameworks. These frameworks, deeply informed by theory-to-practice, are instrumental in implementing organizational, institutional, and structural change.

As pragmatist and historian, Vvdaul Holloway brings a uniquely inspired lens to his role as Chief Policy Officer. With a decade of professional experience, Vvdaul has successfully navigated various organizations through educational administration, policy analysis, and nonprofit management.
Having a particular interest in the ways that DEI can be used as a theoretical framework for organizational change, Vvdaul leverages policy analysis and strategic development to help partners understand key insights and factors impacting their growth journey.
