As the Founder & Chief Equity Officer, Charlene helps institutions build righteous, race-neutral, justice-oriented frameworks that integrate biblical principles with modern systems design. Her work has trained 3,500+ leaders, supported 40+ institutional clients, and produced 25+ frameworks, tools, and playbooks that strengthen equity, governance, and organizational culture.

Charlene is known for merging spiritual depth, systemic insight, and unapologetic clarity, equipping leaders to confront inequity, transform culture, and build lasting change with integrity and impact.

She is a former government executive, program builder, and the creator of the Righteous Framework, a cutting-edge model for structuring equity, justice, and accountability across institutions and nations.

Charlene is also a speaker, biblical teacher, curriculum designer, and host of the Sanctified Resistance podcast — dedicated to restoring righteousness in systems and empowering believers to lead reform with both holy conviction and strategic excellence.

Vvdaul is a policy leader, organizational strategist, and historian with over a decade of experience guiding complex institutions nationwide.

As Chief Policy Officer at Imana Borena, Vvdaul brings a uniquely grounded perspective to institutional strategy. His work spans educational administration, multi-jurisdictional reform, and nonprofit management, helping partners navigate structural evolution with clarity and precision.

Vvdaul is known for leveraging diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a foundational theoretical framework for organizational change. By combining rigorous policy analysis with strategic development, he equips leaders to confront systemic challenges, uncover vital insights, and drive sustainable, long-term impact.

As the Senior Advisor for Philanthropy, Meghan is a philanthropy strategist and nonprofit advisor who helps organizations bridge the gap between community engagement and donor engagement to build more equitable, effective, and sustainable approaches to resourcing their work. With nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and strategy, she brings a practitioner’s understanding of how philanthropic systems operate, where barriers to access emerge, and how organizations can align their fundraising practices with their commitments to equity and justice.

Meghan approaches philanthropy as more than a revenue-generating function; it is an opportunity to shift how resources flow, whose voices shape funding priorities, and whose expertise is valued in the process. She partners with organizations to assess their fundraising strategies, identify barriers that limit equitable access, and develop approaches that connect donor priorities with community-identified needs. Her work centers the knowledge, experiences, and leadership of the people most impacted by an organization's mission, helping organizations cultivate authentic donor relationships while building the infrastructure and strategies needed for long-term sustainability.

Her experience spans annual fund and major gift strategy, grant writing, donor engagement, development operations, special events, and trauma-informed storytelling. She has built fundraising programs from the ground up and led strategic overhauls of existing programs, translating organizational priorities into actionable strategies that strengthen revenue, relationships, and organizational capacity. 

Bibi Rashid Francis serves as Finance & Administration Manager, supporting the firm’s financial operations, administrative systems, and internal business processes.

She brings professional experience from the pharmaceutical industry, where she has served in a Senior Associate capacity and developed a reputation for professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Her background equips her to support the structure, organization, and accountability necessary for a growing consulting and professional services firm.

Originally from Georgetown, Guyana, Bibi now resides in New York City with her husband and son. She is especially passionate about supporting women and children who have experienced hardship and believes deeply in creating opportunities for dignity, healing, and growth.

Alyssa Harris serves as Executive Operations Coordinator, providing high-level administrative and organizational support across executive priorities, client engagements, and internal operations.

In her role, Alyssa helps manage scheduling, meeting coordination, executive correspondence, travel and engagement logistics, document preparation, follow-up, and priority tracking. She also serves as an important point of coordination between the Founder, internal team members, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Alyssa’s work helps create the structure necessary for executive leadership to remain focused on strategy, client delivery, organizational growth, and the continued development of IB’s products, programs, and proprietary systems.

Known for her professionalism, organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Alyssa contributes to the consistent and thoughtful experience that clients and partners encounter when working with IB. Her role is central to keeping executive priorities aligned, communications clear, and the work moving forward with excellence.
