As the Founder & Chief Equity and Disparity Officer of Imana Borena, Inc., Charlene helps institutions build righteous, race-neutral, justice-oriented frameworks that integrate biblical principles with modern systems design. Her work has trained 3,500+ leaders, supported 40+ institutional clients, and produced 25+ frameworks, tools, and playbooks that strengthen equity, governance, and organizational culture.

Charlene is known for merging spiritual depth, systemic insight, and unapologetic clarity, equipping leaders to confront inequity, transform culture, and build lasting change with integrity and impact.

She is a former government executive, program builder, and the creator of the Righteous Framework, a cutting-edge model for structuring equity, justice, and accountability across institutions and nations.

Charlene is also a speaker, preacher, curriculum designer, and host of the Sanctified Resistance podcast — dedicated to restoring righteousness in systems and empowering believers to lead reform with both holy conviction and strategic excellence.

As pragmatist and historian, Vvdaul Holloway brings a uniquely inspired lens to his role as Chief Policy Officer. With a decade of professional experience, Vvdaul has successfully navigated various organizations through educational administration, policy analysis, and nonprofit management. 

Having a particular interest in the ways that DEI can be used as a theoretical framework for organizational change,  Vvdaul leverages policy analysis and strategic development to help partners understand key insights and factors impacting their growth journey.
