All content produced by Imana Borena, Inc. (“IB”) — including but not limited to frameworks, trainings, curriculum, tools, written materials, videos, audio, graphics, and proprietary expressions — is protected intellectual property.

IB materials may not be:
• Uploaded into artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) systems
• Used for training models or synthetic content generation
• Digitized, tokenized, or converted for automation
• Stored in prompt libraries or third-party AI platforms
• Used for derivative or simulated works

Without prior consent from Imana Borena, Inc. or a clearly outlined partnership.

Imana Borena, Inc. retains exclusive ownership of its:
• Name
• Brand identity
• Image and likeness
• Voice
• Proprietary expressions
• Frameworks and methodologies

Use of IB’s identity or materials for AI replication, avatars, simulations, or modeling is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use constitutes irreparable harm and may result in:
• Liquidated damages of up to $150,000 per violation
• Immediate injunctive relief
• Pursuit of all available legal and equitable remedies

Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these protections.
